2. Booking

To make a booking, you must complete all the form fields and make a payment for the service. A booking confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.

3. Payment

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of confirmation. We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard, as well as other methods specified on our website.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only possible if the booking is canceled no later than 48 hours before the check-in date. In all other cases, payments are non-refundable.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out is until 12:00. Changes to these conditions are possible with prior agreement with the administration.

6. Code of Conduct

All our glass houses have a policy of respect for the environment and neighbors. Please maintain cleanliness and order during your stay.

7. Smoking Policy

Smoking inside the glass houses is prohibited. Designated smoking areas are available on the property.

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed in our glass houses. If you are traveling with pets, please contact us for additional information.

9. Booking Modifications

Modifications to bookings can be made no later than 24 hours before the check-in date. All changes must be agreed upon through customer support.

10. Booking Cancellations

Booking cancellations can be made through your personal account on our website or through customer support. Cancellations made later than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

11. Security

We ensure the security of your personal data when using our website. All payments are processed through encrypted communication channels.

12. Insurance

We recommend obtaining travel insurance for your stay to cover unforeseen situations.

13. Liability

All guests are responsible for their stay in the rented glass house. In case of property damage or violation of rules, fines will be imposed.

14. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (fires, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), we have the right to postpone or cancel the booking.
